Include the browser and device you were using when reporting a technical issue. Do not email a receipt photo or share link that contains private group details. A short description of the screen and what you expected is enough to begin troubleshooting.
Privacy and data questions
The privacy and advertising page explains what happens to receipt photos, local split data, optional synced data, share links, cookies, and advertising. For an access or deletion request involving account-synced data, email from the address connected to that account so the request can be verified.
Content corrections
Receipt rules, taxes, service fees, and payment practices vary by merchant and location. The guides explain practical allocation methods, not legal, tax, or financial advice. If a guide contains an unclear example or factual error, identify the page and section in your message.
